My stage
What this is for
Your Next Growth Move is a working copy of the worksheets a coach handed out at a live event about going from $0 to $1M a month. The idea behind them: a business grows in three stages. Each stage has one problem and one job. Do the job for your stage and leave the rest for later. The three cards below are those stages.
The rule under all three, from the coach, is the Rule of the 5 Ones: one problem, one kind of customer, one offer, one place to buy, until one million.
Your Next Growth Move does three things with that. It tells you your stage. It does that stage's math. It turns your answers into a short list of what to do.

Stage 1: Traffic. For $0 to $10K a month
Get enough people to your checkout page every day.
Traffic means people who reach the place where they can buy. Work out how many you need a day, then hit that number.
Answer these first
My daily number
The math

Pick one of each
What I am committing to
My posting schedule
Write what you will post each day. The coach starts people at one reel a day at 7am Pacific, and says showing up every day matters more than how much you post.

Stage 2: Audit. For $10K to $100K a month
Keep what pays. Do ten times more of it.
The job: list everything you do, keep the 1 or 2 things that pay, then do ten times more of them.
Everything I do in the business
One line each. Guess the money it brings in a month. A rough guess is fine. Then decide.
Where the money comes from
Every activity, biggest first
The decision
The rule from the coach: cut almost everything except the 1 or 2 top earners. Those are the ones you double down on.

How much do you do now?
Ten times what I do now

Stage 3: Numbers. For $100K to $1M a month
Know what a customer is worth and what one costs.
The job: know your numbers, then launch more good products at different prices.
My numbers, last 12 months
Worth of a customer against cost

Not sure where to start? Start with lifetime value (LTV). You raise it by making more good products at different prices. When it goes up, your lifetime value to cost, your return on ad spend and your revenue per subscriber go up with it.

Unofficial study aid. It follows the worksheets from a coach at a live event. "The coach" on these pages is that person.
